Given that,
$C . P .$ of one shirt $= R s . 1200$
Profit $% = 5 %$ ,

We know that, $S . P . = \frac{100 + p r o f i t %}{100} \times C . P .$

Hence, $S . P . = \frac{100 + 5}{100} \times 1200$

$= \frac{105}{100} \times 1200$

$= R s . 1260$

Also, a customer has to pay $4 %$ sales tax.

Hence, Net price $= S . P . +$ Sales tax on $S . P .$

$= 1260 + \frac{4}{100} \times 1260$

$= 1260 + 50.40$

$= R s . 1310.40$

Hence, one shirt will cost $R s . 1310.40$ to a customer.
