  3. There are three types of plastids: chromoplast, leucoplast, and chloroplast.
  4. The plastids which are colorless are called leucoplast.
  5. Some plastids which contain different colors are called chromoplast.
  6. The plastid which contains a green pigment chlorophyll is called the chloroplast.
