All water resources, wildlife, forests, water resources, land within the boundaries of a nation, resources in the territorial waters i.e. oceanic areas up to 12 nautical miles from the coast of a nation. All the mentioned resources belong to a nation.

The resources which have been surveyed for feasibility and by the concerned agencies and their quality and quantity have been determined. They can be developed based on technological availability.
