(i) Hydroponics: Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without soil with their roots exposed to the mineral solution e.g., Asparagus, beans, beets etc.
(ii) Micronutrients: Minerals and vitamins these two types of micronutrients, Which required in the small amount to the living organism for their survival e.g., Al, Mo, Ni etc.
(iii) Macroelements: Macroelements are those essential elements which are required in the large amount to the body for their survival e.g., K, Ca, Mg etc.
(iv) Carnivorous plants: Carnivorous plants are that plants which nutrients are some or most trapping or consumption protozoan or some insects. They catch insects or protozoan to complete their nutrient nitrogen e.g., Nepenthes lowii.
(v) Nutrient: A essential materials or substances which provide for the development and growth in the life cycle of the living organism is called nutrient e.g., vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals etc.
