1. For S.I. system we have Newton as the unit of force, we have, $1N=1kgm{s}^{-2}$
2. For C.G.S system, we have Dyne as its unit of force, we have, $1Dyne=gcm{s}^{-2}$
3. And we know that, $1N=1kgm{s}^{-2}$ $=1000g\times 100cm\times s^{-2}={10}^{5}gcm{s}^{-2}={10}^{5}Dyne$.
4. Hence, $1N={10}^{5}Dyne$
