  • And then, the nucleus of the mammary gland cell from the Finn Dorset sheep was inserted into the egg of the Scottish Blackface sheep whose nucleus had been removed. (1 mark)
  • The produced egg was then implanted into the Scottish Blackface sheep. The egg then normally develops inside the sheep and eventually, Dolly was born. (1 mark)
