2:Vulnerability to poverty is a measure, which is the probability of certain communities or individuals becoming, or remaining poor in the coming years. The vulnerability can be determined by the ability to face natural disasters and terrorism. It is further analyzed by the ability to cope up with the social and economic conditions.
