Describe step by step what happens in the different phases of the cardiac cycle in human beings.

The cardiac cycle is the process or action carrying within an organism from the beginning of a heart beat to the next one . The cardiac cycle undergoes two phases namely diastole and systole .

1. In diastole the heart relaxes thus filling in with blood .

2. Followed by the diastole is systole when the heart pumps the blood fillwd in by contraction .
