AIDS:
It is a series of symptoms caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
AIDS ( Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) was first recognized in 1981.
A person is said to have AIDS when his/her immune system is too weak to fight off infection and there is the development of certain defining symptoms and illnesses.
A person with AIDS is prone to various pathogens because the immune system becomes weak.
There is no particular symptom of the disease in the preliminary period, symptoms occur after many years of attack of the virus.
Vaccine:
It is a liquid substance that is used to trigger immune responses by producing antibodies in the body to prevent various diseases caused by microorganisms.
It is made by dead or weakened antigens.
The process of administration of the vaccine is called 'vaccination'.
So, as in the case of AIDS, the immune system becomes very weak, it can't produce enough antibodies. For this reason, developing a vaccine for AIDS is very difficult.
