Let total length of wire$=x$

$\frac{x}{4}\to$black

$\frac{1}{2}(x-\frac{x}{4})\to$white

$\frac{1}{2}\left(\frac{3x}{4}\right)\to$blue

$\frac{3x}{8}=6\Rightarrow x=\frac{6\times 8}{3}=16$

$\therefore$Length of wire$=16㎝$
