Gram atom is the no. of atoms present in one mole of a substance.

Whereas gram molecule is the no. of molecules present in one mole of that substance instead of the atoms.

For example, in CaCO3, one mole contains five gram atoms (one of Ca, one of C and three of O); one gram molecule

A gram mole weight is the no of grams of ‘entity’ present in a mole of that entity.

for example…

“The gram mole weight of carbon is 12″ simply means that one mole of carbon weighs 12 grams
