Dear Student,
a. On shore wind is the wind from the sea that develops over land near coasts. It is formed by increasing temperature differences between the land and water.
b.Off shore winds occur describes the movement of any weather feature moving away from land and to the sea.
c. Cold and warm currents flowing from it will impact the surface temperature,
d. Thus, if there are cold currents in the water, than onshore winds which flow from sea to and will make the surface temperature of the coastal region cooler, and vice versa in case of warm currents.
e. These winds are the result of differential heating of land and sea.
