Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis (OA), the most common chronic joint condition.
Joint is the place where two bones come together and the ends of bones meet. The end/ Joint is covered with protective tissue called cartilage, which obtrudes the rubbing of the two bones.
Here, the cartilage collapses, causing the bones in the joint to rub against each other, which causes immense pain, stiffness etc.
Osteoarthritis most frequently occurs in the older people, although it isn't a age related disease and can occur to anybody.
