$S u m o f - \frac{9}{4} + (- \frac{8}{3}) = - \frac{9}{4} - \frac{8}{3} = \frac{- 27 - 32}{12} = - \frac{59}{12} D i f f e r e n c e o f \frac{13}{8} - (- \frac{7}{16}) = \frac{13}{8} + \frac{7}{16} = \frac{26 + 7}{16} = \frac{33}{16} N o w, \frac{33}{16} \div - \frac{59}{12} = \frac{33}{16} \times \frac{12}{59} = - \frac{99}{236}$
