In C₃ plants Calvin cycle takes place where mainly RuBP (ribulose diphosphate) is found with bundle sheath chloroplasts.
Two carboxylation reactions occur in C₄, one in mesophyll chloroplast and the other in bundle sheath chloroplast.
Bundle sheath cells are rich in Rubisco.
