Doctors say to some people that they have less haemoglobin. Then , does our blood become yellow , as we have more plasma content in our body which is a pale yellow liquid ?

No.
Less Hb doesn't mean no Hb.
And there will be pale yellow colour in eye and near nails.
but it won't change blood's red colour into pale yellow or colourless.
