$3)$ Take an arc of $8cm$ from $Q$ & cut at $R$.

$4)$ Draw $RQ$ , then we get $PQR$ triangle.

$5)$ Find medians of triangle from all vertices.

$6)$ Cutting point of medians is centroid.
