Draw the triangles according to the measures given below.

(1) In ∆UVW, m∠V = 55°, m∠W = 55°, l (VW) = 7 cm.
(2) In ∆ABC, l (BC) = 4.9 cm, m∠B = 63°, m∠C = 42°
(3) In ∆NQP, l (QP) = 7.1 cm, m∠Q = 32°, m∠P = 110°

(1) Steps of construction of the given triangle are as follows:
(i) Draw a line segment VW = 7 cm.
(ii) Placing the protractor at vertex V on segment VW, draw ∠XVW =55°
(iii) Placing the protractor at vertex W on segment VW, draw ∠YWV =55°
The point of intersection of the ray VX and the ray WY is U.
Hence, we get the required ∆UVW.


(2) Steps of construction of the given triangle are as follows:
(i) Draw a line segment BC = 4.9 cm.
(ii) Placing the protractor at vertex B on segment BC, draw ∠XBC = 62°.
(iii) Placing the protractor at vertex C on segment BC, draw ∠YCB = 42°.
The point of intersection of the ray BX and the ray YC is A.
Hence, we get the required ∆ABC.


(3) Steps of construction of the given triangle are as follows:
(i) Draw a line segment QP = 7.1 cm.
(ii) Placing the protractor at vertex Q on segment QP, draw ∠XQP = 32°.
(iii) Placing the protractor at vertex P on segment QP, draw ∠YPQ = 110°.
The point of intersection of the ray QX and the ray PY is N.
Hence, we get the required ∆NQP.
