Let the original price per egg is Rs x
Then increased price will be=$\frac{130}{100}x$
$\Rightarrow \frac{7.80}{x}-\frac{7.80}{\frac{130}{100}}=3$
$\Rightarrow \frac{7.80}{x}-\frac{780}{130}=3$
$\Rightarrow 390x=234$
$\Rightarrow x=0.6$
Actual price is 0.6
Present price per dozen=$12\times \frac{130}{100}\times .6=9.36Rs.$
