We have relation between Celsius scale and Fahrenheit scale ,
TC0100=TF32180 ,
Let the initial atmospheric temperature be TF=xoF ,
Hence , TC0100=x32180 ,
or TC=(5/9)(x32)oC ,
If temperature rises by 18oF ,
Then final temperature , TF=(x+18)oF
Hence , TC0100=x+1832180 ,
or TC=(5/9)(x14)oC ,
Therefore rise in temperature ,
TCTC=(5/9)(x14x+32)=10oC
