The given circuit is a Wheatstone bridge network,
$∴$ Equivalent resistance= $(10 + 10) Ω ∥ (10 + 10) Ω$
$= 20 Ω ∥ 20 Ω$
$= 10 Ω$
$V = 6 V$
$∴ I = \frac{6}{10} A = 0.6 A$
