Solution

Relation between wind energy and solar energy:

  1. Winds blow by the heating of the earth's atmosphere by the sun's rays, rotation of the earth, and because of irregular geographical patterns present on the earth's surface.
  2. Heating of the earth by rays of the sun causes the pressure difference region on the surface of the earth.
  3. Wind is the movement of air from a region of high pressure to a region of low pressure.

Hence, wind and solar energy are closely related.
