The correct option is C 14Ω
Let the potential at point A be E, at the junction be x and E-x as shown and that at B be zero.

So using the junction rule at point of potential x we have
E2xrxr=xER
or
E3xr=xER
or
x=E(R+r)r+3R
Now we write
ExR+xr=EReq
Solving this equation we get
Req=r(r+3R)3r+R

using the values we get,
Req=10 (3(20)+103(10)+20)
Req=10(7050)
Req=14Ω
