Finding the value of the algebraic expression
Substituting in $a = 2, b = 3 a n d c = 1$ the expression we get,
$6 a b^{2} c - 2 a^{2} c + b^{2} c = (6 \times 2 {(3)}^{2} \times 1) - (2 {(2)}^{2} \times 1) + {(3}^{2} \times 1) = (6 \times 18 \times 1) - (2 \times 4 \times 1) + (9 \times 1) = 108 - 8 + 9 = 100 + 9 = 109$
Hence, the value of the algebraic expression $a = 2$ , $b = 3$ and $c = 1$ is $109$ .
