Let the speed of the man be $x$ kmph
Distance covered in 20 min at 45 kmph= Distance covered in 15 min at (45+x) kmph
$45 \times \frac{20}{60} = (45 + x) \times \frac{15}{60}$
$45 + x = \frac{45 \times 20}{15}$
$x = 60 - 45$
$x = 15$
Therefore, speed of man is $15$ kmph
