Solution

Dear student
The answer to your question is:
Equality before law states that all are equal in the eyes of law. This concept led to liberalism. When people were discriminated on the basis of their race and colour, that is the flawed way of practising such a law. Equity before law is not an absolute rule. Moreover, different sections of people have different requirements. Gender inequality is another phenomenon faced in the modern world. We call ourselves modern but when it comes to opportunities, gender biasness still prevails. Discrimination on the basis of colour is world wide. This gives rise to a feeling of animosity. Discriminating people on the basis of caste and creed is still very prominent. Different sections of people can perform only a designated set of jobs. Lower caste people do odd jobs and live with poor amenities. Their standard of living has not improved. Though development is taking place but their is concentration of money in certain sections of the society.
