(2) CH3COOH
(3) CH3CH2COOH

Dear student,
As the length of alkyl group increases the +I effect increases . Due to increase in +I effect the acidic hydrogen will be more strongly bonded. So it will be difficult to loose H+. So HCOOH will be most acidic as it will have least +I effect and weakest bonded hydrogen which can be lost easily.
Hence the answer is (1) i.e. HCOOH.
