Open in App
Solution

Dear student,

In photosynthesis process, the plants use carbon dioxide, water, and sunlight to form carbohydrates. The gaseous exchange takes place across the surface, stems, roots, and leaves in plants. The significant amount of gaseous exchange takes place through stomata, the tiny pore present on the surface of leaves which are regulated by guard cells.
