Preventive measures for allergies:

1. Going out when the production of pollen is at maximum should be avoided.
2. Clothes should be washed thoroughly and shoes should be kept outside to prevent the entry of pollen grains in the house.
3. The mouth and nose should be covered to prevent the entry of pollens into the body.
4. it should be made sure that the surroundings or the place where you spend most of your time are kept away from dust.
5. Mouth and nose should be kept covered while sleeping or mopping the house
6. Sunscreen or lotion should be applied before stepping out in the sun.
7. Maximum body coverage should be maintained when out in the sun.
8. Proper sunglasses should be worn to prevent harmful rays from getting into the eyes.
9. Avoid consumption of food items that you are allergic to.
10. The labels on the packaged food items should always be checked to know the ingredients and avoid any side effects.
