One person, One vote, One value is the principle of democracy where every single citizen gets the right to vote for one time only and every citizen's vote has got equal value which is counted once only at a time. Some countries where citizens do not enjoy right to vote are Brunei, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Vatican City etc
