2. Organizational climate: The traits which describe an organisation and distinguish it from other organizations is called organisation climate. Organizational climate influences the behaviour of people.
3. Opportunity for career advancement: Everyone in the organisation wants to rise to the higher level of the organisation. It's like a motivation if there is an opportunity to develop skills and get promoted to higher levels.
