52 can be written as

52=1+51 (1 is neither a prime number nor a composite number)

52=2+50 (2 is an even prime while 50 is a composite number)

52=3+49 (49 is a composite number)

52=4+48 (Both 4 and 48 are composite number )

52=5+47. Clearly, both 5 and 47 are odd prime numbers.

Thus, 52 can be expressed as sum of 5 and 47.
