Given, x+22x27x+3=x+2(x3)(2x1)
Let x+22x27x+3=Ax3+B2x1 ....(1)
Multiply both sides by (x3)(2x1), we get
x+2=A(2x1)+B(x3)
Put x=3 to find value of A
3+2=A(61)A=1
Now put x=12 to find value of B
12+2=B(123)B=1
Putting the value of A and B in equation (1), we get
x+22x27x+3=1(x3)1(2x1)
