(a) Bulb A is in parallel connection with the mains. It glows at 220 V
(b) Both bulbs B and C are in parallel connection with the mains. The bulb B glow at 110 V.
(c) Bulb C will not glow because bulb B is in series connection whereas the bulb A will glow.
(d) Bulb B and C both will glow.
