Solution

Part 1: Law of Limiting factors
When any chemical process is affected by several factors, its rate is determined by the factor that is nearest to its minimal values. Among other multi factors, this factor directly affects the process, if its quantity is changed. The understanding of these factors is necessary to determine the yield of that process.

Part 2: Limiting factors of photosynthesis

Part 3: Light as limiting factor
Light is a limiting factor at A and B (50%) because in these regions when the intensity of light changes, even the rate of photosynthesis changes.
