Solution

The given ratio is 1518 , We have to find an equivalent ratio with a denominator 6

Now, 18÷3=6

Clearly, denominator 18 is divided by 3. So, numerator 15 must be divided by 3,

i.e, 15÷3=5

Thus, 1518=15÷318÷3=56

Hence, the first missing number is 5

Again to find the second missing number, we have 56=10

Clearly, the numerator is multiplied by 2

i.e, 5×2=10

So, denominator 6 must be multiplied by 2

i.e, 6×2=12

Then, 56=5×26×2=1012

Hence the second missing number is 12

Again to find the third missing number, we have 56=30

Clearly, the denominator 6 is multiplied by 5

i.e, 6×5=30

So, the numerator must be multiplied by 5

i,e 5×5=25

Thus, 56=5×56×5=2530

Hence the third missing number is 25
