The correct option is B $45^{o}$
Consecutive angles sum in a parallelogram $= 180^{o}$
$∠ A B C + ∠ B C D = 180^{o}$
Let $∠ A B C = x, ∴ ∠ B C D = 3 x$
$x + 3 x = 180, 4 x = 180, x = 45$
$∠ A B C = 45^{o}$
