Mid-point of line joining two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is (x1+x22,y1+y22)

Midpoint of (4, -5) and (-2, 9) is
= (422,5+92)
= (1, 2)

Slope of a line passing through the points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is y2y1x2x1

Slope of the line passes through (-3, 6) and (1, 2) is
= 261+3
= -1

Hence, slope of the line is -1.
