The correct option is B Rectangle
The perimeter of the rectangle $= 2 \times (l + b)$
$= 2 \times (5 + 3)$
$= 2 \times 8 = 16 c m$
The perimeter of the square $= 4 \times l$
$= 4 \times 3$
$= 12 c m$
As $16 > 12$ , the perimeter of rectangle is larger than perimeter of the square.
$∴$ The correct option is $B$
