The correct option is C 13 cm
The perimeter of square should be same as the perimeter of rectangle.
Perimeter of rectangle = 18 + 8 + 18 + 8
= 52 cm

So, perimeter of square
= 52
= side + side + side + side

Therefore, length of one side
