$\frac{1}{2},1,\frac{3}{2},..........$

$a=\frac{1}{2},d=1-\frac{1}{2}=\frac{1}{2}$

$T_n=a+(n-1)d$

$T_{30}=\frac{1}{2}+(30-1)\frac{1}{2}$

$=\frac{1}{2}+\frac{29}{2}$

$=\frac{30}{2}$

$=15$
