Area of a wall
= Length × Width
= 16×12
= 192 square feet

Area of the 4 walls
= 192×4
= 768 square feet

Area of a window
= Side × Side
= 5×5
= 25 square feet

Area of the door
= 8×2
= 16 square feet

Area of 2 windows and a door
= 25 + 25 + 16
= 66 square feet

Area of 4 walls leaving 2 windows and 1 door = 768 - 66 = 702 square feet
