The correct option is B 300 sq. cm
Actual length of the plot = 200 m
Actual breadth of the plot = 150 m

=> Actual area of the plot = 200 m × 150 m = 30000 sq. m
Since the scale used in the map is 1 cm = 10 m, one unit square of 1 cm × 1cm will be 10 m × 10 m in actuality.

Area of one unit square in actuality = 10 m × 10 m = 100 sq. m

Thus, we can express the actual area of 30000 sq. m as 300 × 10 m × 10 m.

Replacing 10 m with 1 cm as per the scale used,

Area of the plot in the map = 300 × 1 cm × 1 cm = 300 sq. cm
