We find the area of triangle using herons formula:

S=9+40+412=902=45 cm

Now area is:

A=s(sa)(sb)(sc)=45(459)(4540)(4541)=45×36×5×4=32400=180 cm2

Hence, area of triangle is 180 cm2.
