Side of a square =10cm
AE=6cm and DE=8cm
Area of a square =(Side)2
=(10)2
=100cm2
Area of right angled triangle AED=12×AE×DE

=12×6×8

=24cm2
Diameter of a semicircle =10cm
Radius of a semicircle (r)=102=5cm
Area of a semicircle =πr22

=12×227×(5)2

=39.3cm2
Area of figure = Area of square + Area of semicircle - Area of AED

=(100+39.324)cm2

=115.3cm2
