Area of figure $=$ Area of ${\Delta }^{ie}$ $ABC$ $+$ Area of $\Delta DGC+$ Area of trapezium $FGDE$

Area of ${\Delta }^{ie}$ $ABC=\frac{1}{2}\times 16(34+6+10)=8\left(50\right)=400$

Area of $\Delta DGC=\frac{1}{2}\times 14\times 10=7\times 10=70$

Area of $\Delta AEF=\frac{1}{2}\times 6\times 12=36$

Area of trapezium $EDGF=\frac{1}{2}\times 34\times (14+12)=17\times 26=442$

$\therefore$ , Total area of figure $=400+70+36+442=470+478=948{cm}^2$
