Area of $\Delta ABC=\frac{1}{2}\times 10\times 24$

$=120c{m}^2$

$AB=\sqrt{{10}^2+{24}^2}=26=2r$

$r=13$

Area of semicircle$=\frac{\pi r^2}{2}=\frac{\pi }{2}(13{)}^2$

$=265.46c{m}^2$

Area of shaded region$=265.46-120$

$=145.46c{m}^2$.
