X:ψs=10 bars, ψp=5 bars
ψw=ψs+ψp=10+5=5 bars
Y:ψs=15 bars, ψp=10 bars
ψw=15+10=5 bars
Z:ψs=7 bars, ψp=1 bar
ψw=7+1=6 bars


Water will move from higher to lower water potential (ψw).
Since the water potentials of X and Y are equal, water will move at equal rates between these two cells. Both X and Y have higher water potentials than Z. So, there will be a net movement of water from both X and Y to Z.
