The correct option is A 104A
Let’s find the total current given by the battery first.
The resistors are in simple series-parallel combination where you can easily find out the equivalent resistance which comes out to be 12 Ohm.
I guess you would have figured that out already.
Applying the same old Ohm’s Law, V=IR
We get, I=0.001 Amperes.
This is the total current provided by the battery.

The other 5 resistors in the circuit have been replaced with their equivalent counterpart.
What we all need to find is I1 as per question.
This is a trick question. As both resistors are of equal magnitude, total current gets equally distributed because as per Kirchhoff’s law no current can accumulate in between.
Thus, I1=5×104 A. Hence D.
