The correct option is A $1 Ω$

There are two series combination of $1 Ω$ and $2 Ω$ resistors connected in parallel with $3 Ω$ resistance .

The equivalent resistance of $1 Ω$ and $2 Ω$ series combination is $3 Ω$ .

Hence we get three resistance each of $3 Ω$ in parallel.

Hence equivalent resistance is $\frac{3}{3} Ω = 1 Ω$
